Yoga Pelli performs Cylinder Circles during the Seated Yoga routine
Cylinder Circles - Sit in Mountain with your feet, legs and shoulders in alignment and hands on your thighs. Pretend you’re inside a glass cylinder. (You get to select the size of the cylinder.)
Keep your back straight and polish the inside of the cylinder with your body by slowly circling to the right as you gently transfer your weight from hipbone to hipbone in time with your breath.
When you complete four to eight revolutions, return to center, check your posture and slowly circle to the left. Return to center, sit in Mountain and breathe from the belly.
